Worship
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Hillsboro, North Dakota, has different worship experiences to serve the needs of God’s people.
Traditional
Our 8:30 am Worship service features traditional music, communion, and liturgy. Set in our beautiful sanctuary and using liturgy from Evangelical Lutheran Worship (ELW), our traditional Worship service includes responsive readings, sung liturgy, familiar hymns, and communion at the altar.
Contemporary
The 10:30 am Worship service has a more contemporary feel and features one of the three bands of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. These bands include drums, guitar, keyboard, and singers. This service features a more contemporary liturgy and songs. Communion is taken in processional style.
Holy Communion
Holy Communion is offered at both services on the first two Sundays of each month. Holy Communion at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church is open to all who believe.
Kiwanis Housing
On the first Thusday of each month, Pastor Joe brings worship to Kiwanis Housing at 10:00 am. For more information, contact the church office at 701.636.5701.
Hillsboro Medical Center
Every Thursday at 10:45 am a church service is held in the Chapel at Hillsboro Medical Center. This service provides a convenient worship experience for residents of long-term care and assisted living and their families. Familiar hymns are sung and Holy Communion is offered during the first two Thursdays of the month.
